Google is constantly testing and rolling out changes and the other day we ran into a format that we had not seen before. Rather than the colored background this one has bright orange tabs with the word “Ad”. Again Google tests this sort of thing all the time and you may never see this one. In testing with others in our offices I was the only one to get this but the test must be cookie controlled because the results change back to colored background if I started a new incognito window.
